Group Executive Coaching

Group Executive Coaching takes the best of both worlds: An executive coaching perspective and focused powerful questions coupled with the insight, expertise, feedback, and support of a small community of peers. In a group coaching engagement, you will be matched with a small group of ambitious leaders with a diversity of career experiences to learn from the best of the best in the context of a safe, growth-focused learning environment.

Groups are no larger than 4-5 people and meet on a regular cadence for 6+ months. Included in your group membership is access to a private slack channel and one 1-1 coaching session with me before kickoff. Participants must apply directly and will be selected and matched with a group based on criteria including: motivation and commitment, level of experience, role type, location, goals, and relevant affinities.
